Our Story

In 2022, Patsy Cazarez founded Patsy Brows & Beauty Academy LLC, with the vision of Empowering the Hispanic Community in the United States through beauty education. It was the first Spanish-speaking Competency-Base Academy in Oregon approved to teach bilingual programs, designed to serve students with different levels of experience, located in Salem Oregon.

Patsy structured short term competency based, accessible and flexible programs that meet the needs of any student,

Patsy designed every detail of Patsy Brows and Beauty Academy so that any Spanish-speaking person, regardless of immigration status, can have access to a high-quality education. With options completely in Spanish and English, the academy offers unique programs with two different options in each program that are classified as PRO and Starter. In our PRO Program version, theoretical, practical and business training in cosmetology and permanent makeup are combined and students not only obtain professional licenses, but also the tools necessary to build their own businesses in a multi-million dollar industry.

Today, the academy is a beacon of hope and opportunity, transforming lives and helping other Hispanics build their own path to success in a country full of possibilities.
