Cristian Patsy Cazarez, Originally from Nayarit, Mexico, currently a resident of the state of Oregon in the USA.

​

Started in the beauty industry at the age of 15, currently a Cosmetologist and Cosmetic Tattoo Master with more than 17 years of experience.

She took her first permanent make-up training in 2012 and in her attempt to improve and perfect her techniques, she took her first training in PHIACADEMY IN 2017 of Phi contour and Powder Brows and months after PHIBROWS online training, currently she has more than 7 years of experience in permanent makeup, has more than 15 international certifications.

 

Patsy Cazarez is the first Bold Brows Master in the North of the USA, in 2019 she decides to take a new online training but now with advanced BOLDBROWS technique, achieving her certification as a Bold Brows Artist in one month, 6 months later she got her Royal title and 1 year Later she obtained her  Bold Brows Master Tittle.

 

She is the only Phibrows master Assistant , Phicontour Artist and Phiremoval Royal Artist  (tattoo removal) and the only S Academy Artist in Advanced Permanent Makeup Techniques in Oregon.

Founder of Patsy Brows & Beauty Academy the First Bilingual Beauty and Cosmetic Tattoo School accredited by Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) and Health Licensing Office (HLO) in the state of Oregon to teach the programs in Spanish and English in which you can now be certified to become a Licensed Cosmetology or Tattoo Artist with International Phi Academy Artist Certificate.

During the last 2 years Patsy has worked to offer her students the best education not only in Microblading but also in eyelash extension technique and all the beauty and cosmetic tattoo programs the academy offers.

  Patsy loves her profession, and she is obsessed with education, so she never stops being a student and polishing her techniques because she believes that in life you never stop learning.
